摘要
农业装备数智化是解决粮食安全的根本出路,是农业机械化的升华。通过对农业装备数智化和粮食安全政策进行梳理和总结,基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数,阐述了农业技术进步促进粮食安全的作用机理,即农业装备数智化作为一种综合性的技术进步,通过重组农业经营过程的生产要素,实现人机协同,提高农业生产效率,保障粮食安全。最后指出农业装备数智化对粮食生产带来的经济效果:(1)拓展了农业生产的时空范围,提高了农业生产率;(2)加速一二三产业融合发展;(3)有效满足国内对农产品消费的转型和升级;(4)创造新业态吸收农村劳动力转移就业。
The digitalization and intelligence of agricultural equipment is the fundamental solution to food security,and is the sublimation of mechanized agriculture.This paper summarizes the policy of digitalization and intelligence of agricul-tural equipment ensuring food security.Based on the cobb Douglas production function,this paper expounds the mechanism of agricultural technological progress promoting food security.In particular,as a kind of comprehensive technological pro-gress,the digitalization and intelligence of agricultural equipment has realized man machine cooperation by reorganizing the production factors of agricultural management process,and increased the efficiency of agricultural production to ensure food security.Further the paper discusses the economic consequences of the digitalization and intelligence of agricultural equip-ment on grain production:(1)expanding the space time scope of agricultural production and improving agricultural produc-tivity,(2)accelerating the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,(3)effectively meeting the transformation and upgrading of domestic consumption of agricultural products,(4)and creating new forms of business to absorb rural labor employment.
