摘要
基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数构建关于普惠保险与农业发展的模型,用我国30个省域的面板数据,研究普惠保险对农业机械化以及农业发展的影响效应。结果表明:普惠保险是推动农业机械化与农业发展的重要动力;普惠保险可以通过推动农业机械化,影响农业规模水平和技术水平;普惠保险对农业发展的影响会因农业机械化水平的不同而表现出明显差异,且普惠保险对农业发展的影响存在一定区域异质性。基于相关研究结论,为促进我国农业发展与乡村产业振兴提出对策建议。
This paper constructs a model of inclusive insurance and agricultural development based on Cobb Douglas production function,and uses 30 provincial panel data of China to study the impact of inclusive insurance on agricultural mechanization and agricultural development.The results show that inclusive insurance is an important driving force to promote agricultural mechanization and agricultural development;Inclusive insurance can affect the level of agricultural scale and technology by promoting agricultural mechanization;The impact of inclusive insurance on agricultural development will show obvious differences due to different levels of agricultural mechanization,and the impact of inclusive insurance on agricultural development has certain regional heterogeneity.Based on relevant research conclusions,this paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting agricultural development and rural industry revitalization in China.
