青云煤业留设窄煤柱切顶卸压技术研究与应用

摘要 采用理论分析、数值模拟与现场监测相结合方法,研究了020205工作面窄煤柱切顶卸压技术,设计在巷道中部顶板实施超前深孔预裂切顶卸压。对巷道实施切顶后,巷道围岩变形呈非对称特征,以顶板及煤柱帮变形为主,相较于7 m煤柱宽度,8 m宽煤柱与9 m宽煤柱下,煤柱弹性区面积大于50%,巷道整体变形较小。考虑煤炭资源高效回收需要,确定合理煤柱宽度为8 m。为进一步保证巷道的稳定,提出了“锚网索+钢筋梯子梁+W型钢带”支护技术。实践结果表明,巷道顶板及底板变形量分别降低47.1%与34.8%,煤柱帮与实体煤帮变形量分别降低36.8%与46.8%,巷道变形得到有效控制。 A combination method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site monitoring is used to study the roof cutting and pressure relief technology for narrow coal pillars in the 020205 working face.The design is to implement advanced deep hole pre splitting roof cutting and pressure relief in the middle roof of the roadway.After cutting the roof of the roadway,the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock shows an asymmetric feature,mainly the deformation of the roof and coal pillar sides.Compared to the width of the 7 m coal pillar,the elastic zone area under the 8 m wide coal pillar and the 9 m wide coal pillar is greater than 50%,and the overall deformation of the roadway is relatively small.Considering the need for efficient coal resource recovery,a reasonable coal pillar width of 8 m is determined.To further ensure the stability of the roadway,a combined support method of"anchor mesh cable+steel ladder beam+W-shaped steel strip"is proposed.The practical results show that the deformation amount of the roof and floor of the roadway reduced by 47.1%and 34.8%,respectively,and the deformation amount of the coal pillar side and solid coal side reduced by 36.8%and 46.8%,respectively.The deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled.
