分层开采下分层窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术应用研究

摘要 厚煤层分层开采技术实践过程中,上分层的开采影响了下分层工作面回采巷道的布置。为了确定某矿110502工作面分层开采下分层回采巷道布置方式,运用现场调研、理论分析及现场试验相结合的研究手段,研究了上分层区段煤柱及采空区对下分层的影响,确定了下分层回采巷道窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术方案,设计了下分层窄煤柱宽度及巷道支护参数,并将研究成果应用于110502(2)回风顺槽的掘进作业中。结果表明:试验巷道围岩取得了较好的控制效果,为该矿后续窄煤柱沿空掘巷提供了理论及应用基础。 In the process of slicing mining of thick coal seam,the mining of upper slice affects the layout of mining roadway on the working face of lower slice.In order to determine the layout of mining roadway of lower slice at 110502 working face,the influences of coal pillars and goafs at upper slice on lower slice were studied by combining the research methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and field tests.And the technical scheme of gob-side entry driving of narrow coal pillar in the mining roadway of lower slice was determined.The width of narrow coal pillar and support parameters of roadway were designed,and the research results were applied to the driving operation of 110502(2)return airway.The results show that the surrounding rock of the test roadway has achieved good control effect,which provides a theoretical and application basis for the subsequent gob-side entry driving of narrow coal pillar in this mine.
