大跨度厚煤层开切眼二次成巷快速掘进技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对大跨度厚煤层开切眼正常一次全断面掘进速度较慢、开挖易变形、围岩及巷道养护和通风及运输较困难问题,采用矿压理论分析、FLAC^(3D)数值模拟、巷道变形现场实测和工程实践应用,对神东大柳塔煤矿52607开切眼7.8 m大跨度厚煤层二次成巷快速掘进技术进行了深入研究,得到:(1)大跨度厚煤层切眼二次成巷快速掘进技术可以人为控制巷道掘进宽度及切眼贯通时间,尽快实现通风和运输系统的合理布置,使矿井生产更加安全高效有序;(2)大跨度厚煤层二次成巷的每一次掘进宽度、锚索布置、锚杆布置是实现快速掘进的关键;第一掘进宽度5.4 m恰好是掘锚机的最大宽度,可以有效发挥出设备的最佳性能,又能同时保证第2次要开掘的巷道不易片帮;(3)通过FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件模拟两次成巷后的应力分布云图及塑性区,对比发现二次成巷后,开切眼巷道稳定效果良好,围岩变形量明显较小,在技术应用之后,实现了大跨度厚煤层二次切眼成巷快速掘进,并保证了巷道的稳定性及通风系统的尽早形成;(4)实践表明,采用二次成巷快速掘进技术和相适应的支护技术可尽快贯通该切眼,并能保证围岩的稳定性,为此类矿井安全高效有序掘进提供借鉴和参考。 Aiming at the problems of the normal one-time full-face excavation speed of the open-cut in large-span thick coal seams,the easy deformation of the excavation,the difficult maintenance,ventilation and transportation of surrounding rock and roadway,the theoretical analysis of rock pressure,FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation,field measurement and engineering of roadway deformation are adopted.Practical application,the in-depth study of the rapid excavation technology for secondary roadway formation in Shendong Daliuta coal mine 52607 open-cut 7.8-meter long-span thick coal seam,and obtained:(1)the rapid secondary open-cut roadway excavation technology for large-span thick coal seam can be artificially controlled.Advancing width and cut-through time to realize the reasonable arrangement of ventilation and transportation systems as soon as possible,making mine production safer,more efficient and orderly;(2)each time the advancing width,anchor cable arrangement and bolt arrangement of the secondary roadway formation in large-span thick coal seams are The key to realize rapid excavation;the first excavation width of 5.4 m is exactly the maximum width of the windlass,which can effectively exert the best performance of the equipment,and at the same time ensure that the roadway to be excavated for the second time is not easy to cut;(3)Pass the FLAC^(3D)value The simulation software simulates the stress distribution cloud map and the plastic zone after the two tunneling.It is found by comparison that after the second tunneling,the opening-cut roadway has a good stabilization effect and the surrounding rock deformation is significantly smaller.After the technology is applied,a large span is realized.The secondary opening of the coal seam can be driven quickly,and the stability of the roadway and the early formation of the ventilation system are ensured;(4)the practice shows that the secondary opening rapid excavation technology and the suitable supporting technology can penetrate the opening as soon as possible.And can ensure th
