摘要
曹家滩煤矿研究试用了大断面巷道快速掘进技术,试用效果表明该技术能够实现单月进尺2020 m,打破了集团掘进以来单头最高纪录,掘进效率显著提高,并实现减员增效。通过分析掘进工作面地质条件,确定巷道支护形式确定,并采用计算法校核支护参数,结果表明所选支护参数能满足122110工作面辅运顺槽掘进工作面支护要求,并为同类巷道的支护参数的选择提供了设计依据。
Caojiatan coal mine researched and tested the rapid roadway boring technology for large cross-sectional roadways,and the results of the trial showed that the technology was able to achieve a single monthly feed of 2,020 m,breaking the highest single-head record since the Group's roadway was dug,significantly improving the efficiency of roadway digging and achieving staff reduction and efficiency gains.By analyzing the geological conditions of the digging working face,determining the form of roadway support to determine,and using the calculation method to check the support parameters,the results show that the selected support parameters can meet the requirements of 122110 working face auxiliary transport smooth channel digging working face support,and provide a design basis for the selection of support parameters for similar roadways.
