摘要
同位素地球化学作为系统地球科学重要的示踪和定年的手段逐渐应用到各个领域,同位素测试技术是同位素地球化学发展的重要部分。技术人才的培养是目前国家发展新的战略,多元化的地学人才培养特别是实验技术人才的培养成为迫在眉睫的要求,而实验课在地球科学中是培养技术人才的关键,主要针对同位素地球化学实验技术的课程内容,从实验安全、样品的前处理和质谱仪测试三部分详细阐述该课程,对该课程的教学内容、教学方法及主要考核方式进行探讨,从而达到强化学生的实验理论知识、动手操作能力,培养学生的团队协作能力及创造力的目的。
As an important means of tracing and dating in systematic earth science,isotope geochemistry has been gradually applied to various fields,and isotope testing technology is an important part of the development of isotope geochemistry.The training of technical personnel is a new strategy of national development at present.The requirement of building diversified geoscience talents training,especially the experimental technology talents,has become an urgent requirement.The experiment course is the key to cultivate technical talents in earth science.This paper mainly aims at the course content of isotopic geochemistry experiment technology,expounds the course from three parts:experimental safety,sample pretreatment and mass spectrometer test,and discusses the teaching content,teaching methods and main assessment methods of the course.So as to achieve the purpose of strengthening students’experimental theoretical knowledge,hands-on ability,and cultivating students’teamwork ability and creativity.
