摘要
在中美斗而不破、保持竞合的情况下,很多国家试图同时与两大国合作,正在形成新的“中间地带”。它们大多不愿在中美之间选边站队,而是与两国在经济、安全、政治等领域展开不同合作。在经济领域,随着中国的快速发展,越来越多的国家愿意主动成为中国的经济伙伴,如签署署“一带一路”合作谅解备忘录。
Nowadays,a number of countries are willing to cooperate with China and US at the same time.The article uses the metaphor of‘Dinning in the East,lying in the West'to analyze the choices of these"new intermediate zones"countries.The‘good but poor'and‘ugly but rich'features of the two major powers have led to their division of labor at the systemic level.At the domestic level,the perceptions,and choices of"new intermediate zones"are mainly influenced by their party politics,particularly the divergent preferences of governing parties and rotation in government.
