摘要
目的 研究宫颈癌患者高危型人乳头状病毒(HPV)感染状况及其与血清M2丙酮酸激酶(M2-PK)、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平之间的相关性。方法 将113例单一高危型HPV阳性宫颈癌患者(宫颈癌组)、106例单一高危型HPV阳性宫颈上皮内瘤变患者(CIN组)及60例健康妇女(对照组)作为研究对象,分别检测其血清M2-PK和GM-CSF水平,比较不同HPV亚型宫颈癌患者以及不同宫颈病变级别患者的血清M2-PK和GM-CSF水平,采用Spearman线性相关分析宫颈癌患者血清M2-PK及GM-CSF与高危HPV感染宫颈癌之间的关系。结果 宫颈癌和CIN患者高危HPV分型分布比较差异情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CIN以及宫颈癌组患者血清M2-PK及GM-CSF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且宫颈癌组患者血清M2-PK及GM-CSF水平高于CIN组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着宫颈上皮内瘤变程度的加重,CIN患者血清M2-PK及GM-CSF水平呈依次上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌不同HPV分型患者血清M2-PK及GM-CSF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman线性相关分析结果显示,血清M2-PK和GM-CSF水平与宫颈上皮内瘤病变级别均呈正相关(γ=0.53,0.61,P均<0.001)。结论 血清M2-PK及GM-CSF水平在宫颈癌患者中异常升高,且与宫颈上皮内瘤病变级别呈正相关,提示M2-PK及GM-CSF可能共同参与了宫颈癌发病机制。
Objective To study the high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection status in patients with cervical cancer and its correlation with serum levels of M2 pyruvate kinase(M2-PK)and granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF).Methods A sample of 113 single-high-risk HPV-positive women with cervical cancer,106 single-high-risk HPV-positive women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and 60 healthy women inOur hospital were included in study,and were set as cervical cancer,CIN group and control group,respectively.Serum levels of M2-PK and GM-CSF were detected in all selected individuals,and the results were compared in patients with different HPV subtypes of cervical cancer and patients with different grades of cervical lesions,then the relationship of serum M2-PK and GM-CSF with high-risk HPV infection in cervical cancer patients was discussed using Spearman linear correlation analysis.Results The distribution of high-risk HPV subtypes yielded no statistical difference in cervical cancer and CIN patients(P>0.05).Among three groups,serum M2-PK and GM-CSF levels were the highest in cervical cancer group,followed by CIN group,and were the lowest in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).With the aggravation of CIN,serum M2-PK and GM-CSF levels were gradually increased(P<0.05).Serum M2-PK and GM-CSF levels demonstrated no significant difference in patients with cervical cancer of different HPV subtypes(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum M2-PK and GM-CSF levels were positively correlated with the grades of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(γ=0.53,0.61,all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of M2-PK and GM-CSF are abnormally elevated in patients with cervical cancer,and are positively correlated with the grades of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,indicating that M2-PK and GM-CSF may participate in the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the occurrence of cervical cancer.
