摘要
综述近5年来针灸通过调控激素分泌治疗原发性肥胖的现状。从减少瘦素、胰岛素浓度,增加胃饥饿素、血清素、胰高血糖素样肽1、肽YY、脂联素、胆囊收缩素浓度角度阐述了针灸减重的效应机制。针灸治疗肥胖具有简便、副作用小、不易加重机体负担的优势,但目前仍缺乏更深层次的机制研究和大规模规范化的临床试验。今后可开展更多靶向调控相应激素的基础和临床研究来进一步验证针灸治疗原发性肥胖的可行性。
This is a review about the current status of acupuncture in treating primary obesity by regulating hormone secretion in the past 5 years.There are various causes of primary obesity,and this review explains the hormones that can lead to obesity,as well as the mechanism of acupuncture on losing weight,from the perspective of reducing leptin,insulin,or increasing Ghrelin,5-HT,GLP1,peptide YY,adiponectin and CCK.The treatment of acupuncture on obesity has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,few side effects and less burden on the body,while there is still short of in-depth studies of hormone-related mechanism and large-scale standardized clinical trials.It is proposed of more basic and clinical researches to verify the clinical feasibility of acupuncture treatment for primary obesity in the future.
