摘要
第四次工业革命导致职业环境发生巨大变化。在新旧职业快速更迭的时代背景下,职业生涯发展的易变性对传统的生涯理论提出挑战,新的生涯理论也应运而生。偶然学习理论鼓励人们对职业发展中的不确定持一种有计划的开放态度,从而将偶然事件转化为促进职业发展的机会。本文通过对偶然学习论的研究进行系统回顾,介绍偶然学习论的产生背景、思想渊源、主要观点以及相关的应用研究。最后,从研究对象、研究方法和研究内容等方面对未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。
Industry 4.0 led to tremendous changes in the occupational environment.In the context of the rapid change of new and old careers,the“variability”of career development has challenged traditional career theories,and new career theories have emerged constantly.Krumboltz proposed a planned happenstance theory which incorporates accidents into career development,encouraging people to be open to the uncertainty in career development,so as to turn happenstances into opportunities to promote career development.This paper introduces the theoretical connotation of the planning happenstance theory,reviews its empirical research,and discusses the development of measurement tools,individual influencing factors,situational influencing factors,and related after-effect factors.Finally,the research status is summarized,and the possible future research directions are prospected.
