摘要
2014年国务院印发《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,启动新一轮高考改革,新高考赋予高中生更大的选择自主权。对1977名经历过选科的在读高中生的调查发现,学生选科时考虑的主要是兴趣、未来发展规划、学科成绩等个人因素,家长和教师的建议与自己的兴趣、规划等一致时才起积极作用;所在学校办学层次、性别、父母的学历、家长建议等对选科无显著影响;高中生选科中面临信息资源不足、生涯指导培训薄弱等多重困境。据此,从高中生发展的角度提出,学生自己要树立自我认知和终身发展观念;学校要以学生为本强化生涯教育与选科指导;社会层面,加强家校共育,高校积极参与,构建学校、家庭、社会协同育人的选科指导机制。
In 2014,the State Council(of China)issued the Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform on the Examination and Enrollment System to initiate a new round of college entrance examination reform,which gave high school students greater autonomy in their choices.A survey of 1977 high school students who had experienced subject selection found that students prefer to attach more attention to personal factors such as interest,future plans,and subject grades when choosing subjects.As for parents and teachers'suggestions,students would be inclined to favor the ideas which match with their interests and plans.Moreover,the factors such as college level,students’gender,parents'education background,and parents'suggestions have no significant impact on their subject selection.Actually,students frequently face the problems like insufficient information and weak career training during the process of subject selection.Such being the case,this article proposes that students themselves should have the concept of self-awareness and lifelong development;schools should offer more help with students’career planning and subject selection;and society and colleges are supposed to cooperate and participate actively,to build up a healthier selection mechanism for the students.
