摘要
目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后重症心力衰竭女性患者采用优质护理干预的临床效果。方法从2021年5月至2022年5月在南京医科大学附属南京医院(南京市第一医院)进行心脏瓣膜置换术后重症心力衰竭的女性患者中抽取80例进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用优质护理干预,对比两组护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)及并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可以显著减轻心脏瓣膜置换术后重症心力衰竭女性患者的负面情绪,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention in female patients with severe heart failure after heart valve replacement surgery.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,80 female patients with severe heart failure after heart valve replacement surgery in Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University,Nanjing First Hospital were selected for study and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can significantly reduce the negative emotions of female patients with severe heart failure after heart valve replacement surgery,reduce the occurrence of complications.
