摘要
目的探究阴道镜联合液基薄层细胞检测在宫颈癌前病变中的诊断价值。方法选取2021年3月至2022年10月鱼台县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心疑似宫颈癌前病变的66例患者,实施阴道镜检查以及液基薄层细胞检测,同时进行病理切片检查,以病理结果为金标准,分析阴道镜联合液基薄层细胞检测的诊断效能。结果病理结果显示,阳性65例,阳性率为98.48%。联合检测的敏感性为96.92%,特异性为100.00%。结论阴道镜联合液基薄层细胞检测在宫颈癌前病变中的诊断价值显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of colposcopy combined with thin-prep cytologic test in cervical precancerous lesion.Methods A total of 66 patients with suspected cervical precancerous lesion in Yutai County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected and examined by colposcopy combined with thin-prep cytologic test.The pathological examination was performed at the same time and its results were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of colposcopy combined with thin-prep cytologic test was analyzed.Results The positive rate of pathological results was 98.48%(65 cases).The sensitivity of combined test was 96.92%,and the specificity was 100.00%.Conclusion Colposcopy combined with thin-prep cytologic test in cervical precancerous lesion has significant diagnostic value,which is worth popularizing and applying.
