摘要
1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是一种重要的化工产品,主要用于生产四氢呋喃、γ-丁内酯、工程塑料聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯以及可降解塑料聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸-丁二醇酯等。目前,BDO的生产方法主要有Reppe法、丁二烯法、环氧丙烷法和顺酐法,其中Reppe法和顺酐法是最主要的生产方法。文章介绍了我国Reppe法和顺酐法等合成BDO技术的研究进展,提出了今后的发展建议。
1,4-butandiol(BDO)is an important chemical product mainly used in the production of tetrahydrofuran(THF),γ-butyrolactone(GBL),engineering plastic polybutyl terephthalate(PBT),biodegradable plastic polybutanate(PBS),and polyterephthalate-adipic-ediol(PBAT).At present,the production methods of BDO mainly include Reppe method,butadiene method,propylene oxide method and anhydride method,among which Reppe method and anhydride method are the most important production methods.The research progress of Reppe method and maleic anhydride method for BDO synthetic techniques in China were analyzed,and suggestions for future development were put forward.
