摘要
采用高压发泡机制备了HFC-245fa/水发泡的预制直埋保温管道硬质聚氨酯泡沫。考察了HFC-245fa用量对聚氨酯硬泡压缩强度、导热系数、闭孔率、吸水率、老化前后尺寸稳定性能的影响。结果表明,加入HFC-245fa的聚氨酯硬泡各项性能均比未加入的泡沫好;随着HFC-245fa用量的增加,聚氨酯硬泡各项性能也呈现递增趋势;HFC-245fa用量为零(全水)的泡沫老化前后导热系数变化最大,且HFC-245fa用量越高,老化前后的导热系数差异越小。
Rigid polyurethane foam foamed with HFC-245fa/water for prefabricated directly buried thermal insulation pipeline was prepared by high-pressure foaming machine.The effect of HFC-245fa dosage on the compressive strength,thermal conductivity,close cell content,water absorption,and dimensional stability before and after aging were discussed.The results showed that the properties of the rigid polyurethane foam containing HFC-245fa were better than those without HFC-245fa.With the increase of HFC-245fa dosage,the various properties of polyurethane rigid foam also showed an increasing trend.When the amount of HFC-245fa was zero(full water foaming),the thermal conductivity of foam before and after aging changed the most,and the higher the amount of HFC-245fa,the smaller the difference of thermal conductivity of foam before and after aging.
