摘要
研究了添加型阻燃剂磷酸三氯乙酯(TCEP)对聚氨酯硬泡阻燃性能的影响和机理。结果表明,随着密度和阻燃剂含量的增加,氧指数(LOI)在上升到一定幅度后趋缓;阻燃剂的添加会影响材料的泡体结构;TCEP先于聚氨酯泡沫降解,使材料在燃烧初期反而不稳定,但是在后期随着材料泡体的破坏,燃烧产生焦炭层,延缓了燃烧。
The effect of flame-retardants additive Tri(fl-ehloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP) on the flame retardaney of rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF) was investigated. The experimental results show that Limited oxygen index(LOI) values are increased with the increase content of TCEP and density of RPUF. Adding of flame-retardants changes structure of RPUF. SEM and thermal analysis (TG) were used for investigation of the combustion behavior of flame-retardant RPUF. It is shown that the TCEP is decomposed at a lower temperature, which makes RPUF unstable at early stage. With the flame of RPUF, the decomposition residuals are arisen from charring of flame-retardant RPUF, and the flame retardant properties of RPUF are thus improved.
