摘要
目的探究不同体质量指数(BMI)抑郁障碍患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与睡眠结构上的差异,寻找Hcy水平和睡眠结构之间的关系。方法选取做多导睡眠监测(PSG)抑郁障碍患者42例,根据BMI将患者分为正常组(19例)和超重组(23例)。收集一般情况和Hcy水平,通过多导睡眠监测(PSG)评定患者客观睡眠情况和睡眠结构。结果正常组Hcy水平高于超重组(P<0.05)。正常组REM潜伏期长于超重组(P<0.05);正常组NREM持续时间短于超重组(P<0.01)。超重组Hcy水平与睡眠效率、NREM持续时间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论Hcy水平与睡眠结构存在一定的相关性,对睡眠质量产生一定的影响。
Objective To explore the differences in sleep structure and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in depressive patients with different body mass indexes(BMIs)and to find the relationship between Hcy levels and sleep structure.Methods A total of 42 patients with depressive disorder who underwent polysomnography(PSG)were selected and divided into normal BMI group(n=19)and overweight or obese BMI group(n=23)according to their BMIs.Their general condition and blood Hcy levels were collected,and the objective sleep condition and sleep structure were evaluated by PSG.Results The Hcy level in normal BMI group was significantly higher than that in overweight or obese BMI group(P<0.05).In normal BMI group,REM latency was longer and NREM duration was shorter than those in overweight or obese BMI group(P<0.05).In overweight or obese BMI group,Hcy level had a positive correlation with sleep efficiency and NREM duration(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Hcy has certain correlation with sleep structure,which has certain influence on sleep quality.
