摘要
现代轧钢工艺中,控轧控冷是两个重要环节。为了解决重庆钢铁厚板产线原有轧后控制冷却系统的不足,对该系统进行了更新改造。本文从工艺参数及布置、设备组成、控制系统和控制方法等方面介绍了改造后的新超快速冷却系统。改造后的新系统,通过将冷却控制系统与精轧机主控系统和矫直机控制系统有机地结合,极大地提升了轧制节奏的稳定性,使得冷却系统稳定运行。实践结果证明,新系统可以有效提高钢板冷却能力,改善钢板冷却均匀性,保证冷却后钢板的板形,稳定提升产品质量。
In modern steel rolling technology,rolling control and cooling control are two important factors.In order to solve the deficiency of the original cooling control system after rolling of the heavy plate production line of Chongqing Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd,technical renovation and transformation have been carried out for the system.In this paper,the upgraded ultrafast cooling system is introduced from the aspects of technological parameters,layout,equipment composition,control system and control method.By combining the cooling control system with the main control system of the finishing mill and the straightener control system,the stability of rolling pacing is greatly improved,which makes the cooling system run stably.The practical results show that the new system can effectively improve the cooling capacity and cooling uniformity,ensure the shape of steel plates after cooling and steadily improve product quality.
