摘要
为了研究热轧钢板冷却板温均匀性控制,对邯钢3 500mm宽厚板线轧后冷却系统自动化系统存在的缺陷进行了分析,在分析的基础上对控制系统进行了再开发。为轧后冷却系统新增了板温均匀性控制系统,包括头尾遮蔽、边部遮蔽、辊道微加速等一系列的功能,并将该系统应用于生产,提高了冷后钢板纵向和横向的温度均匀性,有效改善了钢板的板形和性能均匀性。
The shortcomings of the automation cooling system(SMS-ACC)after rolling for the 3 500 mm heavy plate in Hansteel was analyzed.Then the program was redeveloped on the basis of the analysis.It is added a control system of temperature uniformity for the cooling system after rolling including a series of functions such as the head and tail shade function,edge shade function,and roller micro accelerating function.The application of the system in the production can increase the plate vertical and horizontal temperature uniformity,and effectively improve the plate shape and property uniformity.
