摘要
目的:探讨温针灸并电针夹脊穴结合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床效果。方法:将2017年5月—2022年5月在张掖市甘州区人民医院治疗的40例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为研究组、对照组,各20例。对照组接受温针灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用电针夹脊穴结合围刺治疗。对比两组患者治疗后证候积分、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分和临床疗效。结果:研究组的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、4周后,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均降低,研究组VAS、PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸并电针夹脊穴结合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可改善症状,减轻疼痛,提高睡眠质量,治疗效果较好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture at Jiaji point combined with peri-acupuncture on patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:A total of 40 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in Ganzhou District People's Hospital,Zhangye City from May 2017 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group,with 20 patients in each group by drawing lots.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture treatment,and the study group was treated with warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture at Jiaji point combined with circumferential acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Syndrome score,pain score,sleep quality score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were decreased in both groups,and VAS and PSQI scores in study group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture at Jiaji point combined with peri-acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic nerve can improve symptoms,relieve pain and improve sleep quality,and obtain better quality of clinical efficacy.
