摘要
目的观察氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果及对炎症因子、淀粉样蛋白的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2022年1月玉门市中医医院儿科收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。对照组实施抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、症状消失时间、炎症因子及血清淀粉样蛋白A水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状消失时间早于对照组,血清炎症因子及血清淀粉样蛋白A水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎能够提高疗效,改善症状,降低血清炎症因子和淀粉样蛋白水平,临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ambroxol in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia and its influence on inflammatory factor and amyloid.Methods A total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia in the Department of Pediatrics,Yumen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with anti-infection therapy,and the observation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group.The overall response rate,time to resolution of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and serum amyloid A in the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time to resolution of symptoms in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and serum amyloid A in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol treating pediatric bronchopneumonia can improve efficacy and symptoms,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and amyloid,which has significant clinical effect and is worth promoting.
