摘要
目的:探讨玻璃体积血采用雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射联合玻璃体切割术治疗的效果。方法:选择2020年5月—2023年5月广西柳钢医疗有限公司医院收治的玻璃体积血患者40例作为研究对象,依照随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予玻璃体切割术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射,比较两组疗效,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、VEGF低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射联合玻璃体切割术对玻璃体积血治疗疗效显著,能降低hs-CRP、VEGF水平,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of vitreous hemorrhage treated with ranibizumab vitreous cavity injec⁃tion combined with vitrectomy.Methods:40 patients with vitreous hemorrhage admitted to Guangxi Liu Gang Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group accord⁃ing to the method of random draw,each with 20 cases.The control group was treated with vitrectomy,and the observation group was injected with ranibizumab into the vitreous cavity on the basis of the control group.Success rate of operation,e ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and the occurrence of complications were compared in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);after treatment,hs-CRP and VEGF were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion:Ranibizumab vitreous cavity injection combined with vitrectomy has significant therapeutic effect in treating vitreous hemorrhage,which can reduce the levels of hs-CRP and VEGF,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
