基于STM32的深静脉血栓预防装置设计与实现

摘要 长期卧床患者或长时间久坐人员,因下肢血液回流困难,极易形成深静脉血栓,为了有效预防该疾病,采用间歇性充气加压方式,设计了一款基于STM32单片机的低成本便携式深静脉血栓预防装置。利用单片机控制气泵和电磁阀的通断实现气囊的充放气,达到模拟按摩的效果,通过对气路的设置,仅需单个压力传感器便可实时检测气囊气压,实现系统的闭环控制。该装置配有按键和OLED屏,方便用户操作并实时显示系统状态,人机交互界面友好。经测试,系统稳定运行,达到预期效果。 Long-term bedridden patients or people who sit for a long time are prone to deep vein thrombosis due to the difficulty of blood reflux in lower limbs.In order to effectively prevent this disease,a low-cost portable Deep Vein Thrombosis prevention device based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer was designed by using intermittent inflation and pressurization.The singlechip controlled the on-off of the air pump and the electromagnetic valve to realize the inflation and deflation of the air bag,so as to achieve the effect of simulating massage;And by arranging the air circuit,only a single pressure sensor was needed to detect the air pressure of the air bag in real time,so that the closed-loop controlled of the system was realized.The device was equipped with keys and OLED screen,which was convenient for users to operate and real-time display system status,and the human-computer interaction interface was friendly.After testing,the system ran steadily and achieved the expected effect.
