摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换术后使用间歇充气加压装置预防深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果研究。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的60例人工关节置换术患者纳入研究对象,按照干预方式的差异性将患者分为实验组(n=30)及对照组(n=30),对照组进行基础干预,实验组间歇充气加压装置进行干预,比较深静脉血栓、D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原浓度。结果组间深静脉血栓、D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原浓度均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论人工关节置换术后间歇充气加压装置调节可降低DVT,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression device on prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after artificial hip replacement.Methods 60 patients with artificial hip replacement admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of intervention methods,the patients were divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=30),with the basic intervention in the control group,and the intervention with intermittent pneumatic compression device in the experimental group.The concentrations of deep vein thrombosis,D-dimer and fibrinogen were compared.Results There were significant differences in the concentrations of deep vein thrombosis,D-dimer and fibrinogen among groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic compression device can reduce DVT after hip arthroplasty,which has high clinical application value.
