摘要
建设节约型社会新政策的落实有力地推动了新技术的发展,装配式建筑得到了广泛应用,并进入了新的发展阶段。为进一步分析装配式建筑的应用效果,提高装配式建筑施工质量,文章分析了装配式建筑的优势,重点阐述了装配式建筑施工包括预制构件生产、预制构件存储与运输、预制构件装配、灌浆作业在内的关键操作要点,并明确了装配式建筑施工的质量控制措施。严格规范装配式建筑施工步骤,落实好各项技术规程,能提高整体施工水平,发挥装配式建筑的绿色节能环保效果。
The implementation of the new policy of building an economy society has effectively promoted the development of new technologies.Prefabricated buildings have been widely used and entered a new stage of development.In order to further analyze the application effect of prefabricated buildings and improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the advantages of prefabricated buildings,focuses on the key operation points of prefabricated building construction,including prefabricated component production,storage,transportation,assembly and grouting operation,and clarifies the quality control measures of prefabricated building construction.Strictly standardizing the construction steps of prefabricated buildings and implementing various technical regulations can improve the overall construction level and give full play to the green,energy-saving and environmental protection effects of prefabricated buildings.
