摘要
以南通市某21层装配式建筑预制墙板安装工程为例,重点介绍了装配式建筑预制墙板型钢连接节点及其施工工艺,针对目前装配式结构构件吊装效率低、安装成本高及工艺复杂等问题,整体技术方案采用"一体化型钢节点+高强混凝土封锚技术",即采用预制墙板角钢节点连接技术,并配合现浇节点隐蔽处理技术,完成装配式建筑预制墙板与结构层的可靠连接。墙板角钢节点结构合理,预制墙板安装精度可控,安装效率高,节点抗震性能强,有效降低了工程成本,缩短了工期。
Taking the precast wall panel installation of a 21-story prefabricated building as an example, the design and construction method of section steel connection joints for prefabricated wall panel are mainly introduced, which can increase hoisting efficiency of prefabricated structural components, reduce the cost of wallboard installation and simplify the complex process,adopting “angle steel joint + high-strength concrete sealing and anchoring technology”,the new method adopts angle steel joints of precast wallboard, combined with cast-in-place joints concealment technology to finish the fixed connection wallboard with base course reliably. The design of angle steel connection joints for wallboard makes sense. It makes the assembling accuracy controllability and efficiency of prefabricated wallboard raised, with joint strength improved at the same time, which leads to lower project cost and shorter project duration.
