摘要
非全日制工程管理专业学位研究生的特点导致其论文写作普遍存在“三缺少”难题:(1)许多来自技术岗位的研究生缺少工程管理背景,存在“写论文缺少内容”的难题;(2)非全日制的特点导致其“写论文缺少时间”;(3)长期在企业工作导致其“写论文缺少经验”。对此,开展如下研究:(1)从需求分析入手,说明工程管理对象向技术密集型方向发展,提供了新的研究内容,可以破解“写论文缺少内容”的难题;(2)提出充分利用非全日制研究生的企业实践优势,将过去和现在的工作与论文研究结合起来,帮助破解“写论文缺少时间”的难题;(3)提出多实践、范本学习、案例学习、应用验证等对策,帮助破解“写论文缺少经验”的难题。
The characteristics of part-time professional degree graduate students of engineering management gen-erally have led to the“three lacks”problem.(1)Most students from technical positions lack engineering manage-ment background,therefore leading to the problem of“lacking content for papers”;(2)The characteristics of part-time study lead to the problem of“lacking time to write papers”;(3)Working in a company for a long time results in“lacking experience in writing papers”.Therefore,the following research has been made.(1)Starting from de-mand analysis,it shows that engineering management itself is constantly changing,from labor-intensive to technology-intensive,and the new research content is provided,thereby the problem of“lacking content for pa-pers”can be solved.(2)It is proposed to make full use of the enterprise practice advantages of part-time graduate students and combine the past and present work with paper research to help solve the problem of“lacking time to write papers”.(3)Countermeasures such as more practice,model study,case study,and application and verifica-tion are put forward to help solve the problem of“lacking experience in writing papers”.
