摘要
对广州市28名中学图书馆员进行访谈,发现中学图书馆员职业发展主要存在自我效能感低、专业提升渠道不足、职业晋升通道不畅等问题,探讨了“馆校合作”在中学图书馆员职业发展视域下创新服务模式、拓宽专业发展渠道、彰显图书馆价值的意义,并提出合作共赢,政策先行;巩固经验,形成模式;以点带面,全面铺开的“馆校合作”路径。
This paper interviews 28 middle school librarians in Guangzhou,and finds that there are some problems in the career development of middle school librarians,such as low self-efficacy,lack of ways to improve their professional knowledge,and hindered career advancement.The significance of"library-school cooperation"is discussed in the context of the career development of middle school librarians:innovating service models,broadening professional development channels,highlighting the value of libraries,and proposed"library-school cooperation"path as follow:win-win cooperation,policy in advance;consolidate experience and form models;work comprehensively by following the good cases.
