摘要
科研工作越来越成为医院提高综合竞争力的重要抓手,而高效率的经费报销工作能促进科研项目的顺利展开。随着科研经费的不断增加,现有经费报销模式中存在的问题越来越突出,严重制约了科研人员工作的积极性。本文针对存在问题,探讨了基于信息化平台的医院科研经费报销管理模式,该模式整合了系统资源与业务流程,并将各系统数据互通互用,形成了一套新的线上报销管理闭环流程,能够有效提高经费管理效率。
Scientific research has increasingly become an important hand for hospitals to improve their comprehensive competitiveness,and efficient reimbursement of funds can promote the smooth development of scientific research projects.With the continuous increase of scientific research funds,the problems existing in the current reimbursement model are becoming more and more prominent,which seriously restrict the enthusiasm of scientific researchers.So this paper discusses the reimbursement management mode of hospital scientific research funds based on information platform.This mode integrates system resources and business processes,and interoperability of system data,forming a new online reimbursement management closed-loop process,which can effectively improve the efficiency of fund management.
