摘要
伴随智能技术在电力系统中的应用,智能电网的建设取得了进一步的发展,其中智能变电站最为突出。作为电力系统中的基础环节,变电站在采样方向的研究一直是科研中的热门方向。传统稳定控制装置中采用的直采模式难以避免重复采样的问题,造成系统相应的时滞性。为此,结合新兴数字采样模式,从构建新型稳定控制装置系统出发,采用本地时标与系统时标相结合的方式来进行采样,并构建相应的采样模式。最终通过测试系统进行效果检验,证明该方案能有效判别重复数据并进行剔除,大幅提升了控制系统的操作便捷程度和反馈精确度。
With the application of intelligent technology in power system,the construction of smart grid has achieved further progresses,among which the smart substation is the most prominent.Substations composesa basic partin power system,and sampling of substation has always been a hot research direction.The direct sampling mode adoptedin the traditional stability control device is insufficient to avoid duplicatesampling,resulting in the corresponding time delay of the system.Inspired by the emerging digital sampling mode and starting from establishinga new stability control device system,the present work performs sampling through the integration oflocal time scale with system time scale,and constructsthe corresponding sampling mode.Finally,the test system is used to verify the effectiveness of the scheme,which proves that the scheme can effectively identify duplicate data and eliminate them,greatly improving the real-time performance and response accuracy of the stability control device.
