摘要
对媒介组织融合发展与传媒人才培养变革的共生共存关系、语言表达形态要与媒介组织传播形态相匹配的问题进行研究。分析融媒体时代播音员主持人的语言表达现实困境,存在统一性语言样态培养多,创新性内容生产培养少;集体化人格培养需深入,个体化人格培养欠包容;广播电视语言教学模式陈旧,新媒介语言教学模式不完善等。提出夯实有声语言功力、拓展融媒多维能力、推进思政教育深入、强化人格魅力养成、培养“网感”表达能力等播音主持语言表达个性化培养路径。
Research on the symbiotic and coexisting relationship between the integrated development of media organizations and the change of media talent training,and the problem that the language expression pattern should match the communication pattern of media organizations.We analyze the language expression dilemma of broadcasters and hosts in the era of media integration,including the existence of many uniform language patterns and few innovative content production;the need for in-depth collective personality training and the lack of inclusiveness in individualized personality training;and the obsolete language teaching mode of broadcasting and television and the imperfect language teaching mode of the new media.It is proposed that the personalized cultivation path of broadcasting and hosting language expression should be strengthened by consolidating the power of audible language,expanding the multidimensional ability of integrated media,promoting the depth of ideological education,strengthening the cultivation of personality charm,and cultivating the ability of “net sense” expression.
