摘要
采用可视化图谱分析,理清了我国肥胖运动干预相关研究的前沿动态及演进脉络,力求预见未来该领域的研究发展趋势,为今后的研究提供参考建议。将1998年以来中国知网中文数据库收录的以肥胖运动干预为主题的329篇相关研究论文作为研究对象,运用Citespace 5.7.R2软件对整理后的文献进行可视化分析。结果表明,我国肥胖运动干预研究领域主要涉及体育学、医学、儿科学、生物学、预防医学以及中药学,研究视角正在由宏观层面转向微观层面;肥胖患者的运动干预研究主要集中在3个方面,即肥胖运动人群的致病机理、运动干预模式以及健康行为研究。今后将聚焦在青少年和中老年肥胖人群的运动干预模式、干预过程的运动控制以及心理健康管理等方面展开深入研究,多元化的运动项目干预也将成为干预内容选择的侧重点。
According to the way of literature knowledge visualization,clarified the frontier dynamics and evolution of obesity exercise intervention related research in China,and strived to predict the future research development trend in this field,so as to provide reference suggestions for future research.Taking 329 related research papers about the theme of obesity exercise intervention collected in the Chinese database of CNKI since 1998 as the research object,visually analyzed the sorted literature by Citespace 5.7.R2.The results showed that the research field of obesity sports intervention in China mainly involves sports,medicine,pediatrics,biology,preventive medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and the research perspective is changing from macro level to micro level;the research on exercise intervention of obese patients mainly focuses on three aspects,namely,the pathogenesis,exercise intervention mode and health behavior research of obese exercise population.Future research will focus on the exercise intervention mode,exercise control in the intervention process and mental health management of adolescents and middle-aged and elderly obese population.Diversified exercise intervention will also become the focus of intervention content selection.
