摘要
目的:探讨对锁骨下深静脉留置针的患者行双源CT Flash肺动脉扫描与普通扫描的对比,优化CT肺动脉成像(CTPA)显像的可行性。方法:对60例临床怀疑肺动脉栓塞(PE)并采用锁骨下深静脉留置针的患者行双源CT肺动脉成像检查。按照随机数表法分为常规组与测试组,每组30例。常规组采用双源CT普通扫描方法,测试组采用双源CT Flash扫描方法。对图像质量、肺动脉及肺静脉CT值、动静脉CT差值、信噪比(SNR)及扫描时间等进行对比。结果:测试组的图像质量、肺动脉平均CT值及动静脉CT差值明显高于常规组(P<0.05),而测试组肺静脉CT值更低(P<0.05),测试组的肺动脉SNR略高于常规组(P>0.05),测试组的扫描时间约为常规组的一半(P<0.05)。结论:对锁骨下深静脉留置针的患者行双源CT Flash肺动脉扫描能在肺静脉CT值较低时使肺动脉得到较大强化,缩短扫描时间,减轻呼吸伪影的影响,提高图像质量,且对比剂用量少。
Objective:To explore the feasibilty of optimizing CT pulmonary artery imaging(CTPA)by comparing dual-source CT Flash pulmonary artery scan with normal pulmonary artery scan in patients with subclavian deep vein indwelling needle.Methods:60 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism(PE)and subclavian deep vein indwelling needle were examined by dual-source CT pulmonary artery imaging.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine group and test group with 30 cases in each group.The common scanning method of double-source CT was used in the routine group and the double-source CT Flash scanning method was used in the test group.The quality of image,CT values of pulmonary artery and pulmonary vein,CT difference of artery and vein,SNR,scan time and so on were compared.Results:The quality of image,mean CT value of pulmonary artery and CT difference of artery and vein in the test group were significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05),while the CT value of pulmonary vein in the test group was lower(P<0.05),the SNR of pulmonary artery in the test group was slightly higher than that of the routine group(P>0.05),and the scanning time in the test group was about half of that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double-source CT Flash pulmonary artery scanning in patients with subclavian deep vein indwelling needle can greatly strengthen pulmonary artery when CT value of pulmonary vein is low,shorten scanning time,reduce the influence of respiratory artifact,improve the quality of the image,and use less contrast agent.
