摘要
针对海上B油田结垢及腐蚀现象严重的问题,通过室内实验开展了注入水水质研究,系统测定了注入水中主要离子质量浓度、悬浮物质量浓度、含油量、溶解氧及细菌含量,分析了导致结垢和腐蚀的主要原因,最后提出了改善注入水水质的针对性措施。实验结果表明:B油田注入水中HCO_(3)^(-)和F^(-)质量浓度分别达到1 800 mg·L^(-1)和55 mg·L^(-1),易与Ca^(2+)生成CaCO_(3)垢和难溶的CaF_(2)垢,建议优选针对性阻垢剂加以抑制。注入水中悬浮物质量浓度和粒径中值分别达到12.5 mg·L^(-1)和2.99μm,长期注入会进一步加剧储层堵塞,建议选取适当絮凝剂以控制悬浮物质量浓度。注入水中溶解氧和细菌含量超标是导致腐蚀的主要因素,建议优化杀菌剂、除氧剂和缓蚀剂以控制注入水质腐蚀性。
In view of the serious problems of scaling and corrosion in the offshore B oilfield,research on water quality of the injected water was carried out through laboratory experiments,and the main ion mass concentration,suspended solids mass concentration,oil mass concentration,dissolved oxygen and bacterial content in the injected water were systematically measured,and main reasons of scaling and corrosion were analyzed,and measures to improve the quality of injected water were put forward.Experimental results showed that mass concentrations of HCO_(3)^(-)and F^(-)in the injected water of oilfield B reached 1800 mg·L^(-1)and 55 mg·L^(-1),respectively,which were easy to form CaCO_(3),scale and insoluble CaF2 scale with Ca^(2+).The mass concentration of suspended solids in the injected water and the median particle size reached 12.5 mg·L^(-1)and 2.99μm,respectively.Long-term injection would further aggravate reservoir blockage.It was recommended to select appropriate flocculants to control the mass concentration of suspended solids.Excessive dissolved oxygen and bacterial content in injected water were main factors leading to corrosion.It was recommended to optimize bactericides,oxygen scavengers and corrosion inhibitors to control the corrosionofinjectedwater.
