摘要
塔里木某油田注水开发区块在开采过程中,由于储层非均质性强、注水水质矿化度高、水质不稳定以及沿线注水二次污染等多方面的原因,已经出现了许多井组地层污染和堵塞,造成注水压力增高甚至注不进水的现象,严重影响注水开发效果。为确保注好水、注够水,通过注水中悬浮沉淀物化学分析,得出沉淀物中主要包括四氧化三铁和三氧化二铁的混合物。根据污水沉淀原理,得出溶解氧超标,水中溶解的铁离子与氧发生沉淀反应,造成水质极不稳定;通过工艺评价,找出注水处理中存在的缺陷,及时开展三个阶段的工艺及管理优化,现场应用水质站内外输达标率从82.07%达到96.88%,井口达标率从56.25%达到了98.92%。
Many well formations of the water injection development block of an oil field in Tarim have been polluted and blocked during exploitation because of strong reservoir heterogeneity, high salinity of injected water, unstable water quality and secondary pollution of injected water along the line, which has resulted in water injection pressure increase or even failure in water injection, and poor development effect. In order to ensure the quality and amount of water injection, in-depth basic research was conducted. Through the chemical analysis of suspended sediment in injected water, based on the principle of sewage sedimentation, the evaluation of injected water treatment process and the optimization of different stages were carried out. The field application has achieved good results. The rate of delivery in water quality stations increased from 82.07% to 96.88%, and the wellhead compliance rate increased from 56.25% to 98.92%.
