摘要
成人女性作为劳动力资源的重要组成部分,其人力资本提升对经济社会的可持续发展起着十分重要的作用。但从现实来看,成人女性人力资本提升面临着来自个体自身、企业组织以及社会文化三方面的困境,即认同偏差导致主体意识薄弱、生理牵制导致雇佣成本增加、性别霸权导致技能学习隔离。相对于传统教育来说,STEM教育作为提升成人女性人力资本的新方式,其逻辑理路在于以实现包容性参与为前提,以增强高阶能力建设为关键,以服务可持续发展为旨归。因此,STEM教育助力成人女性人力资本的提升应革新性别观念,重绘女性社会形象;深化产教融合,培育高阶职场能力;发挥社会力量,完善女性友好的服务体系。
As an important part of labor resources,the improvement of human capital of adult female plays a very important role in the sustainable development of economy and society.However,from a practical point of view,the promotion of adult female's human capital faces difficulties from three aspects:individual,enterprise organization and social culture.That is,identity deviation leads to weak subject consciousness,physiological restraint leads to increased employment cost,and gender hegemony leads to skill learning isolation.Compared with traditional education,STEM education,as a new way to enhance the human capital of adult female,is based on the premise of inclusive participation,the key to enhancing high-level capacity building,and the purpose of serving sustainable development.Therefore,the promotion of adult female human capital facilitated by STEM education should(1)reform gender concept and redraw female social image,(2)deepen the integration of industry and education and cultivate high-level workplace ability,and(3)give full play to social forces and improve the female-friendly service system.
