摘要
随着城市的发展扩张,老城区加油站逐步被周围建筑所包围,在便民惠民的同时也带来一定的安全隐患。针对老城区加油站区域风险影响因素,基于模糊数学理论,创建老城区加油站区域风险控制能力评估指标体系,提出老城区加油站区域风险控制能力等级评估方法,选取超大型城市老城区典型加油站开展案例应用研究。结果表明,案例加油站区域风险控制能力等级评估结果与实际风险情况一致,表明了所建立的评估体系和方法具有较好的应用价值。
With the development and expansion of cities,gas stations in old urban areas are gradually surrounded by surrounding buildings,which not only brings convenience and benefits to the people,but also brings certain safety hazards.Based on fuzzy mathematics theory,a risk control capability evaluation index system for gas stations in old urban areas was established to address the influencing factors of regional risks in old urban areas.A risk control capability level evaluation method for gas stations in old urban areas was proposed,and typical gas stations in super large cities were selected for case application research.The results indicated that the evaluation results of the regional risk control capability level of the gas station in the case were consistent with the actual risk situation,indicating that the established evaluation system and method have good application value.
