摘要
微波消解技术作为世界上较为先进的样品前处理技术,具有消解能力强、消解速度快、空白值低、样品不易被污染等优点,已和多种检测仪器联用,应用价值高,如今广泛应用于各行各业。以Milestone公司生产的Jupiter-B多通量型微波消解仪为例,讲述微波消解的技术原理、常用酸碱、应用范围、使用注意事项等,旨在为微波消解仪的使用提供一定的指导性作用。
As a more advanced sample pretreatment technology in the world,microwave digestion technology has the advantages of strong digestion ability,fast digestion speed,low blank value,and samples are not easy to be polluted.It has been combined with a variety of detection instruments and has high application value.Now it is widely used in all walks of life.Taking Jupiter-B multi flux microwave digestion instrument produced by milestone company as an example,the technical principle,common acid and alkali,application scope and precautions of microwave digestion were described,in order to provide some guidance for the use of microwave digestion instrument.
