摘要
结合科研课题和仪器分析实践教学经验,设计了一个应用化学专业和环境工程专业均适用的本科生仪器分析实验“固相微萃取—气相色谱检测环境水样中多环芳烃”。该实验对原有仪器分析实验进行了改进,采用了廉价易得的铅笔芯粉末作为涂层材料制备固相微萃取探针,用于气相色谱检测环境水样中的多环芳烃。实验内容主要包括固相微萃取探针的制备、萃取条件优化、气相色谱测定和环境水样检测等。该实验还引入了固相微萃取样品前处理技术,让学生了解样品前处理技术对于痕量分析的重要性,使学生深入掌握气相色谱仪器工作原理及操作技能,培养学生设计并构建一个完整、科学的仪器分析实验操作流程。
Combining research projects and practical teaching experience in instrumental analysis,an experimental method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in environmental water by solid-phase microextraction(SPME)and gas chromatography(GC)was designed for undergraduate students of both applied chemistry and environmental engineering majors.This experiment is an improvement on the existing instrumental analysis experiment.The SPME fiber was prepared by using the inexpensive pencil powder as coating material,which was used to detect PAHs in environmental water by GC.The experiment includes the preparation of solid-phase microextraction probes,optimization of extraction conditions,gas chromatographic determination and environmental water sample analysis.The experiment introduces the solid-phase microextraction sample pre-treatment technology to let students understand the importance of sample pre-treatment technology for trace analysis,enable students to master the principle and operation skill of gas chromatography instrument,train students to design and construct a complete and scientific experimental procedure for instrumental analysis.The experiment provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the cultivation of innovative talents and let them form a comprehensive thinking ability to solve practical problems.
