摘要
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法快速测定水处理实验中微量邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的方法。该方法能有效分离4种邻苯二甲酸酯类异构体,标准曲线线性回归相关系数均大于0.998,检测限为0.003μg/L ,相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.5%,加标回收率为90.9%~112.8%,满足实验要求的分析精度。
A method for the determination of trace phthalate acid esters (PAEs) in drinking water sources by using solid phase extraction-gas chromatography was established. Four phthalate acid esters can be separated by this method. The linear correlation coefficient is over 0.998.The limits of detection are 0.003/μg/L.The relative standard deviations are between 2.8% and 3.5%.The recoveries are 90.9% ~112.8% .
