摘要
目的:探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合混合痔外剥内扎术(M-M)对环状混合痔患者疼痛及预后的影响.方法:选择2021年6月至2022年12月本院收治的环状混合痔患者86例,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43,采用RPH联合M-M治疗)和对照组(n=43,仅采用M-M治疗).比较两组临床相关指标、并发症发生情况.结果:与对照组相比,观察组手术、创面愈合、住院、术后疼痛持续等时间均更短,术后24h疼痛评分、并发症发生率更低,出血量更少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:环状混合痔患者采用RPH联合M-M治疗,手术时间短、创伤小,术中出血量少,术后疼痛轻且持续时间短,术后并发症少,更利于患者创面愈合,术后效果和预后均较好.
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)combined with hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhodectomy(M-M)on pain and prognosis in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Atotal of 86 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=43,treated with RPH combined with M-M)and control group(n=43,treated with M-M only)using a random number table method.The clinical related indicators and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results:Compared with control group,observation group had shorter surgery time,wound healing time,hospitalization,and postoperative pain duration.The 24-hour postoperative pain score,incidence of complications,and bleeding volume were lower in observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids are treated with RPH combined with M-M,which has the advantages of short surgical time,minimal trauma,less intraoperative bleeding,mild postoperative pain and short duration,fewer postoperative complications,and is more conducive to wound healing.The postoperative effect and prognosis are both good.
