摘要
随着变频器的发展与成熟,恒压供液在很多领域成功应用,促使乳化液泵站变频恒压供液开始应用于大多数矿井综采工作面,但直接对乳化液泵站进行变频改造并不能达到恒压供液的目标。经分析,由于支架负载用液流量波动急剧,呈现阶跃性波动,乳化泵出口压力升高快,变频泵站调节流量反应速度不能满足使用需求。为解决这个问题,对液压支架负载变化情况、乳化液泵电磁卸载逻辑、变频系统对输出流量的影响等进行分析,使用蓄能器对负载用液波动进行平波处理,通过变频泵站进行流量给定,并对输出进行适当调节,实现了恒压供液的目标。
With the development and maturity of frequency converter,constant pressure liquid supply has been successfully applied in many fields,and the variable frequency constant pressure liquid supply of emulsion pump station has also begun to be applied in most fully-mechanized mining faces.However,the direct conversion transformation of emulsion pump station cannot achieve the purpose of constant pressure liquid supply.After analysis,because the liquid flow of the support load fluctuates sharply and presents a step fluctuation,the outlet pressure of the emulsion pump rises fast,and the reaction speed of the flow regulation of the frequency conversion pump station can not meet the use demand.In order to solve the above problems,the load changes of the hydraulic support,the electromagnetic unloading logic of the emulsion pump,and the influence of the frequency conversion system on the output flow were analyzed.The accumulator was used to carry out flat wave processing of the load liquid fluctuation,the flow was set through the frequency conversion pump station,and the output was properly adjusted to achieve the goal of constant pressure liquid supply.
