摘要
针对河南能源集团焦煤公司中马村煤矿(以下简称“中马村矿”)综采工作面一面一乳化液泵站供液配置方案现存问题,研究了满足综采工作面需求的智能化远程集中恒压供液系统。分析了中马村矿乳化液泵站供液现状,并详细介绍了中马村矿综采工作面智能化远程集中恒压供液具体实施方案。实际应用表明,该方案能够满足中马村矿综采工作面液压支架动作快速、自动跟机、成组拉架的工作需要,不仅降低了工序能耗和设备噪音,而且实现了无人值守,同时减少了综采工作面搬家倒面部分安拆工作量和人员占用,综合效益显著。
In response to the problems in the current configuration scheme of one emulsion pump station for one fully mechanized mining face in Zhongmacun Coal Mine of Henan Energy Group Coking Coal Company(hereinafter referred to as"Zhongmacun Mine"),an intelligent remote centralized constant-pressure liquid-supply system was studied to meet the needs of the fully mechanized mining face.The current situation of emulsion pump station supply in Zhongmacun Mine is analyzed,and the specific implementation scheme for intelligent remote centralized constant-pressure liquid-supply in the fully mechanized mining face of Zhongmacun Mine is introduced in detail.Practical applications have shown that this scheme can meet the needs of fast movement,automatic machine following,and multiple hydraulic supports pulling in the fully mechanized mining face of Zhongmacun Mine,which reduces process energy consumption and equipment noise,achieves unmanned operation,reduces the installation and dismantling workload and personnel occupation during mining face moving,and has significant comprehensive benefits.
