摘要
在精细化工生产过程中,常使用外伴热管和夹套管来对凝固点高、黏稠、热敏性物料管线进行伴热,以便于物料输送及满足生产需要。参考石油化工相关设计规范和经验,针对精细化工的生产工艺特点,总结了精细化工伴热管、夹套管设计要点。
In the production process of fine chemical industry,external heat tracing pipes and jacketed pipes are often used to trace the pipelines of high freezing point,viscous and heat sensitive materials,so as to facilitate material transportation and meet production needs.With reference to relevant design specifications and experience in petrochemical industry,this paper summarizes the design points of heat tracing pipe and jacketed pipe in fine chemical industry according to the production process characteristics of fine chemical industry.
