摘要 随着人工砂石加工系统环保越来越受到国家的重视,粉尘作为人工砂石加工系统干法或半干法生产工艺下的主要污染源之一,必须得到有效控制。根据砂石加工系统粉尘产生的原理和生产工艺特点,经济合理的选择主动式与被动式相结合的新型除尘方案尤为重要,通过对常规与新型除尘技术的比较分析,阐述了新型节能环保除尘技术在人工砂石加工系统中应用的可行性和必要性。 With the increasing attention paid to environmental protection in artificial sand and stone processing system by the country,as one of the main pollution sources in dry or semi dry production processes of artificial sand and stone processing system,dustmust be effectively controlled.Based on the principle of dust generation and production process characteristics in the sand and gravel processing system,it is particularly important to economically and reasonably choose a new dust removal scheme that combines active and passive methods.This paper compares and analyzes conventional and new dust removal technologies,and elaborates on the feasibility and necessity of applying new energy-saving and environmentally friendly dust removal technologies in artificial sand and gravel processing systems.
