摘要
知识是企业产品设计创新的重要资源,为了获取并重用企业中的知识,辅助设计人员进行新产品的设计开发和知识共享,利用多维度知识分类体系来集成和共享产品设计中的知识。通过调研的方式确定各个需求主体对知识的认知与需求,并分别从知识源、知识对象和知识形式三个维度构建产品设计知识多维属性体系,作为知识导航的重要创新。采用语义标注的方法对非结构化的知识资源进行统一表示,并引入注意力机制进行相似度计算,用以实施知识资源配置,解决信息超载问题。设计开发基于多维度知识表示的知识服务原型系统,以减速箱的设计为例介绍知识服务系统的应用框架。
Knowledge is an important resource of product design innovation.In order to obtain and reuse the knowledge in the enterprise,design and development of new products and knowledge sharing are assisted by designers.Multi-dimensional knowledge classification system was used to integrate and share knowledge in product design.The knowledge cognition and demand of each demand subject were determined by investigation,and the multi-dimensional attribute system of product design knowledge was constructed from three dimensions of knowledge source,knowledge object and knowledge form,which was an important innovation of knowledge navigation.The method of semantic annotation was used to represent the unstructured knowledge resources,and attention mechanism was introduced to calculate the similarity,so as to implement the allocation of knowledge resources and solve the problem of information overload.A knowledge service prototype system based on multi-dimensional knowledge representation was designed and developed.The application framework of knowledge service system was introduced by taking the design of gearbox as an example.
