摘要
通过分析传统产品质量改进模式存在的问题,以及产品质量改进的定义理解,对产品全生命周期过程质量数据的采集、存储、处理、分析和挖掘等相关技术应用进行研究。规划、设计产品质量大数据管理模型,并探索在产品质量改进实施过程中创新应用大数据分析和挖掘技术。优化、创新产品质量改进方法和工具,为产品质量持续改进提出产品质量大数据驱动的管理模式创新思路。同时,构建产品质量改进的函数模型,并通过应用实例进行验证,证明能帮助企业构建快捷高效、精准规范、透明可控的产品质量改进管理体系。
By analyzing the problems existing in the traditional product quality improvement model and understanding the definition of product quality improvement,this paper studies the application of related technologies such as the collection,storage,processing,analysis and mining of product quality data in the whole life cycle process,and planned and designed big data management model for the product quality.We innovatively applied big data analyzing and mining technology in the implementation process of product quality improvement,and optimized and innovated the product quality improvement methods and tools,which put forward innovative ideas of product quality management mode driven by big data for continuous improvement of product quality.The function model of product quality improvement was constructed and verified by application examples.The result proves that it can help enterprises to build a fast,efficient,accurate,standardized,transparent and controllable product quality improvement management system.
