摘要
实施并推进乡村振兴战略,是我党全面把握社会发展、国家建设以及城乡关系,顺应社会大众对美好生活的期许,所作出的战略决策。构建城乡融合发展机制,是实现乡村振兴战略基本目标,实现乡村社会全面发展的重要路径。针对当前城乡融合发展的不足,相关部门应采取优化要素流动机制、加强公共资源配置、促进城乡文化融合等对策,加快城乡融合高质量发展新格局。
Implementing and promoting the rural revitalization strategy is a strategic decision made by our party to focus on the overall national cause,grasp the laws of social development and changes in urban-rural relations,and comply with the people's expectations for a happy life.Building a mechanism for urban-rural integrated development is the basic path to achieve the overall goals of ecological livability,industrial prosperity,rural civilization,affluent living,and effective governance.In response to the current shortcomings of urban-rural integration development,relevant departments should take measures such as optimizing the flow mechanism of factors,strengthening the allocation of public resources,and promoting urban-rural cultural integration to accelerate the new pattern of high-quality development of urban-rural integration.
