热解对纺织印染污泥重金属迁移与浸出特性的影响

摘要 重金属含量与浸出毒性检测是判断印染污泥是否存在环境风险的重要因素。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对印染污泥在不同热解温度和停留时间条件下获得的生物炭中重金属的含量与浸出特性进行检测和分析。结果表明,当热解温度为600℃时,生物炭中重金属含量最高,各重金属的残留率均超过50%。说明热解技术处置印染污泥能够促进重金属的固相富集和降低浸出毒性,并能有效减少印染污泥的潜在环境风险。该研究可为重金属富集的固体废弃物的资源化利用与合理处置提供思路。 The detection of heavy metal content and leaching toxicity is an important factor in determining the environmental risks of textile dyeing sludge.Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was used to detect the content and leaching characteristics of heavy metals in biochar obtained from textile dyeing sludge under different pyrolysis temperatures and holding time.The results showed that the content of heavy metals in the biochar was the highest when the pyrolysis temperature was 600 oC,and the residual rate of each heavy metal was more than 50%.This indicated that the pyrolysis technology for the disposal of textile dyeing sludge could promote the solid-phase enrichment of heavy metals and the reduction of leaching toxicity,and effectively reduce the potential environmental risks of textile dyeing sludge,which can provide ideas for the resource utilization and rational disposal of heavy metal-enriched solid wastes.
